Chicken Tolu Tacos

Hand rolled poori fry bread filled with chicken and potatoes, cooked in a special blend of Indo-Fijian curry spices, topped with scratch-made tamarind chutney and fresh pico de gallo. 

 

Note

  • A vegan version of this is also available using chickpeas instead of chicken.

Kokoda

(Pronounced “Koh-Kohn-Dah”)

Fijian style ceviche: Ahi Tuna marinated in lime juice, topped with coconut milk, fresh bell peppers, shallots, and cherry tomatoes.
