Poori (puffed frybread with cumin) filled with your selection of protein simmered with potatoes and our family's special blend of masala and Indo-Fijian spices. Topped with your choice of tangy Tamarind chutney or cooling Raita (yogurt based crema chutney with spices) and fresh made pico de gallo.
